I have been watching NBA TV lately. One thing that really stuck on my mind is this new show called ‘Slide show’. What is Slide Show? It is a show which a particular nba player is sat down then he is going to see lots of pictures from his old days then he must said something regarding those pictures. In this post, I’m going to do the same thing.
Okay, First picture……..

“Ha ha…It was 2000. Back then i was skipping class with some of my best buddies. From left to right,Yafin, Seno and Me. I have a scar on my nose, because i hit the corner of a cabinet bin on my house. I was quite active at that time. I believe we were on Pondok Indah Mall”.
Next……

“Man, that good old days.I believe it was 2002. I was in Bryan, Texas, USA. Damn, that was a perfect hair cut :p . Those days I had complex relationships. Dating lots of girls but never had a commitment. My buddies in Indonesia called me ‘Mr.No Commitment’. That was just plain silly
“
Next!

“This is 2007 i believe. I was enrolled in Swiss German University. I believe that was my 3rd Semester. It was semester break.”
Next………………………

“Damn…What a narcistic Picture! Ha ha ha..That was me in 2001. I was just arrived in USA. That was my freshman year.”
Next…………

“Mmmmm….That was me in 2003. Anyway, I believe i was watching lots of anime and Dorama during those days (Look at my hair cuts). At that time I had lots of neclace collection to wear. The one that i wore was one of my favorite neclace.”
Next picture……!

“At that time, i was ready to leave USA. It was 2004. I just had a hair cut, I’m bored with my long hair cut”
Next….

“This is me during my freshmen year in 2001. I met with some of my friends in SMU Pangudi Luhur in USA. We were having a competition back then. Who had the longest hair? I won at that time. But after that i decided to cut my hair. Because I looked like a latin immigrant and that was not good at all.”
Next…
“This is me, during my free time in Jakarta. I was just arrived from USA in 2004. I had a short hair cut and was ready to go out with some of my friends in Jakarta”
Next….

“Man, I love this picture! I called it the uncle sam photo. :p It was new year. We were celebrating the coming of 2008. I was in with my Girl Friend having dinner in Nadaman at Hotel Shangrila”
……………………………..More pictures to come…?
Phew, that was quite…………..tiring!. Ha ha.
This post was quite ‘Sampah’. Ha ha. But it was fun after all.

Here are ‘Hacker’s Ethics’ which are written in “Hackers : Heroes Of The Computer Revolution”. There are 7 ethics:
- 1.Access to computers – and anything that might teach you something about the way world works – should be unlimited and total
- 2.Always yield to the Hands-On Imperative!
- 3.All information should be free
- 4.Mistrust authority – promote decentralization
- 5.Hackers should be judged by their hacking, not bogus criteria such as degrees, age, race or position
- 6.You can create art and beauty on a computer
- 7.Computers can change your life for the better

I have been working for Multipolar, part of Lippo Group, a rival company for Sigma, for a week. The first day working at the company i was sent by my boss to IBM to do a training on Websphere Message Broker; that is a SOA integration system for the legacy systems. I am employed as the Software Engineer, the job that i always wanted since my college years. Yesterday, was the last day of the websphere message broker. Next monday, there’s going to be another training from IBM, one of them is Data Power. And by the end of November there’s going to be a certification from the IBM. I hope i could pass the test. I believed that it would be very hard.

Facts : About working in the office (still)
Posted 10/02/2010 by ariadanaCategories: Simple Assumptions about life
Tags: IT Consultant, life, office, working
5 months working in the IT Consultant company leads me to a conclusion : It kills my creativities and left me with a dull mind.
Here’s my elaboration why I assumed that working in the office is not good for the development of my brain.
1. Working in the office is straight forward.
You don’t need to be smart, all you have to do is completed all the tasks. Less thinking, more action is the key to a succesful in the office. More tasks completed, the happier the boss could be.
2. You develop someone else’s product.
You didn’t use your brain for something innovative or new to the world. You worked on the office product (which you thought to be ‘not so intuitive enough’) and neglecting your idea for the product. Afterall, the faster you finished the product means more recognition from your boss.
3. You don’t have the time (to study or research on something new)
You worked from the morning untill night from 5 days a week. Each time you got home, you would be exhausted so bad that you wouldn’t even have the strenght or the will to read or doing something that requires you to exercise your brain. The outcome most likely when you got home : overslept or doing something that requires you not to use your brain. Playing Playstation 3 or watching television is the perfect solution for the exhausting brain.
There are more facts about working in the office, but i’m going to stop here so that i don’t bored you. In the end, those 3 facts are more than enough to support my induction.
What a life :)

Senen, jam 7 pagi, bangun pagi. Trus mandi, ngejer jam 1/2 8.
… Akhirnya makan siang..jam 12..Ngajak temen kantor buat makan siang…seperti biasanya…bingung mau makan dimana…tapi ujung-ujungnya makan makanan padang juga. Selese makan siang…nyampah sama temen-temen…palingan ngobrolin temen kantor ato cerita-cerita gak jelas..biasanya sambil beli kopi nescafe mocca warna biru.
…Jam 1/2 6 … Balik gak ya? Eh ternyata masih ada kerjaan lagi..akhirnya ngerjain kerjaan lagi…sambil nungguin technical leader andalan gue pulang…
Jam 7,jam 8, akhirnya jam 9 pulang…
Pulang ke rumah..jam 1/2 10an langsung cek meja makan..makan kayak orang kelaperan…trus langsung kekamar..nonton tv..ketiduran..
………..
……….
Bangun-bangun eh selasa..jam 7 pagi………..
Ya…bisa di tebak lah lanjutannya…
Ternyata masih banyak orang hebat di dunia
Posted 17/07/2009 by ariadanaCategories: Uncategorized
Emang di dunia tu nyebelin. Kadang kita udah mulai ngerasa kalo kita tu udah jago dalam melakukan sesuatu di suatu lingkungan tertentu, misalnya di kampus, trus kita terjun ke dunia baru, misalnya tempat kerja.
Hehe. Siap-siap aja jatuh mental.
Posted 02/06/2009 by ariadanaCategories: Uncategorized
For your record : ini kasus fresh graduate, buat yang udah jadi bos, mungkin tidak akan berlaku.
Apa sih bedanya orang kerja sama orang kuliah?
Sebagai permulaan, orang kerja dapet duit, tapi kalau orang kuliah ngeluarin duit.
Gimana dengan otak kita?
Orang yang kuliah tambah pinter tiap hari soalnya harus baca buku, plus takut nilainya jelek gara-gara gak lulus ujian.
Jelaslah otak tetep terasah.
Orang kerja pulang kerja langsung tidur.
Otaknya udah terlalu capek buat berpikir.
Weekend laen cerita lagi.
Untuk anak kuliahan. Jumat biasanya kelas cuma sampe siang/sore. Pulang kuliah masih sempet nongkrong-nongkrong atau nonton bareng sama temen-temen kuliah.
Kalau orang kerja, jumat pulang udah jam 7 malem. Pulang-pulang langsung cari makanan terus istirahat.
Sabtu buat anak kuliahan biasanya buat pacaran.
Aku pengen waktu
Posted 20/05/2009 by ariadanaCategories: Uncategorized
Pulang kantor sering kali gue kecapek-an jadinya gue ketiduran.
Jadi deh rata2 jam 6 sore baru selese.
Tapi gini deh, waktu buat gue, temen2 gue mana?
Akhir-akhir waktu sangat mahal nilainya.
